A HISTORY LESSON
Performer Susan Stein leads seventh-grade students through a reading of a child’s Holocaust diary Monday at Seneca Valley Middle School in Harmony. Ms. Stein stars in a one-woman play based on the diaries and letters of Etty Hillesum. Seneca Valley teacher Zeke Stroupe, standing at rear, was selected by the Seneca Valley Foundation as a Classrooms Without Borders scholarship recipient and arranged for her visit.
