Necessary question

It is interesting that President Donald Trump is declaring an emergency due to Chinese interference with internet technology, and the nation must take action to protect itself.

That is all well and good. However, no one disagrees that Russia has been actively attempting to interfere in our elections through the use of the internet. Yet the president remains stubbornly silent on the subject.
