National Memorial Day Concert

(WQED): Actors Joe Mantegna and Gary Sinise host the 30th annual broadcast with musical performanc­es by the National Symphony Orchestra and such guest artists as Patti LaBelle, Gavin DeGraw and Alison Krauss. 8 p.m. Sunday.

“Game of Thrones: The Last Watch”

(HBO): British filmmaker Jeanie Finlay was embedded on the production for the final season, resulting in this two-hour documentar­y revealing how Westeros was brought to life. 9 p.m. Sunday.
