Gate agent makes unexpected flight easier

-

I unexpectedly had to take a flight to Arizona, and I admit I was a little stressed to make a very early morning departure time.

However, I arrived at the gate with ample time to prepare myself. I shared my situation with the gate agent and explained I held seat “C31” for boarding.

After “A” passengers lined up, the agent told me to come with her. She escorted me through the walkway before “B” passengers boarded.

Again I’m proud to be a Pittsburgher. I hope the “higher-ups” see this and realize how valuable kindness and customer service are. LILLIAN WOLFF O’Hara
