LAST WEEK: 11-3 (.786) SEASON: 82-53 (.607)

-

Los Angeles Rams (5-3) at steelers (4-4): 4:25 p.m. … The Steelers have won three in a row. The Rams are coming off an open week, but teams are 6-8 this season after a week off. But the Rams have won their past six starts in Easterntime zone games, including 3-0 this season. Prediction: Steelers, 24-23

Baltimore Ravens (6-2) at Cincinnati Bengals (0-8): 1 p.m. … The Bengals are the only remaining winless team and likely will stay that way vs. the Ravens. The Bengals, though, played them tough in the first meeting — curious given the way the Ravens have beaten the Seahawks and Patriots. Prediction: Ravens, 27-10

Buffalo Bills (6-2) at Cleveland Browns (2-6): 1 p.m. … The Browns have lost four in a row since beating the Ravens. Their die-hard fans have yet to see them win at home this season (0-3). That may still be the case against the Bills, who are unbeaten on the road (3-0). Prediction: Bills, 20-19

detroit Lions (3-4-1) at Chicago Bears (3-5): 1 p.m. … Lions coach Matt Patricia was criticized for the personnel he used when the Lions failed to score from the 1 with 8 seconds remaining in Oakland. Bears coach Matt Nagy is being hooted for losing four in a row. The Navy Pier has more excitement. Prediction: Bears, 19-17

Atlanta Falcons (1-7) at New Orleans saints (7-1): 1 p.m. … Suddenly, the Falcons are in the running for the No. 1 overall pick in the draft — an astonishing collapse. Meantime, the Saints are in the running for the No. 1 overall seed in the postseason. Prediction: Saints, 41-21

New york Giants (2-7) at New york Jets (1-7): 1 p.m. … Must seem strange for the Giants to be playing a road regular-season game in their home stadium. This is only the 14th time the Gotham city teams have met in the regular season. It won’t be memorable. Prediction: Giants, 23-15

Arizona Cardinals (3-5-1) at tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-6): 1 p.m. … The Buccaneers have lost five of the past six, but those five losses are by a total of 29 points. The Cardinals are coming off back-to-back losses to the Saints and 49ers. Prediction: Buccaneers, 34-30

Kansas City Chiefs (6-3) at tennessee titans (4-5): 1 p.m. … The Chiefs have lost three of their past five and are trying to hold on till Patrick Mahomes returns. The Titans have won their past two at home and are one of five teams with four victories who have an eye on a wild-card spot. Prediction: Chiefs, 24-20

Miami dolphins (1-7) at Indianapolis Colts (5-3): 4:05 p.m. … After three nearmisses, the Dolphins weren’t about to blow a big first-half lead for the third week in a row vs. the Jets. And the Colts better hope that smother-hook miss by kicker Adam Vinatieri against the Steelers was an aberration. Prediction: Colts, 27-10

Carolina Panthers (5-3) at Green Bay Packers (7-2): 4:25 p.m. … How a team averaging 32.5 ppg the previous four games gets held to 11 in a road game that felt like a home game is puzzling. But the Packers need to get their offense back vs. a Panthers team that has won five of six. Prediction: Packers, 30-27

Minnesota vikings (6-3) at dallas Cowboys (5-3): 8:20 p.m. … The Vikings haven’t been good away from home, winning just one of four. Conversely, the Cowboys are 3-1 at home. The Cowboys have scored 30 or more points five times this season. Only the Patriots have done it more (6). Prediction: Cowboys, 28-23

seattle seahawks (7-2) at san Francisco 49ers (8-0): 8:15 p.m. … Who would have ever thought the 49ers would be the last of the unbeaten teams? Thought so. If the Seahawks have designs on a division title, they need to keep their perfect road record intact (4-0). Prediction: 49ers, 24-21
