Highlights from major construction projects around Pittsburgh and surrounding areas this week

1. Lime Hollow Road/ Penn Hills: Closed to through traffic between Frankstown Road and Coal Hollow Road continuously through mid- August.

2. Streets Run Road/ Baldwin Borough: Closed continuously between Prospect Road and Brentwood Road beginning 7 a. m. Monday through early August. Detours posted.

3. Saxonburg Road/ Fawn, Harrison: Closed indefinitely in both directions between Route 908 and Freeport Road. Local traffic permitted and detours are posted.

4. Rachel Carson ( Ninth Street) Bridge/ Downtown: Closed through summer for rehabilitation.

5. Business Loop Interstate 376/ Moon: Ramp from westbound Interstate 376 to Thorn Run Road is closed through early August.

6. Northern Pike/ Monroeville: Closed to traffic between Abers Creek Road and Valerie Circle. Detours posted.

7. Noblestown Road/ Oakdale Borough: Closed between Hill Road and Gregg Station Road until further notice. Detour posted.

8. Route 51/ Coraopolis: Reduced to a single lane of traffic northbound at the Arch Street intersection between the Coraopolis- Neville Island Bridge and Chestnut Street through September.

9. Route 19/ Pittsburgh: Northbound and southbound to I- 376 ( Parkway West) ramp reduced to a single lane through Tuesday.

10. I- 579/ Uptown: Singlelane restrictions southbound between the Bedford Avenue and Webster Avenue bridges 8 p. m.- 6 a. m. Monday through Thursday.

11. Sewickley Bridge: Closed around the clock through Aug. 10.

12. Hulton Road/ Oakmont: Single- lane restrictions at the intersection with Allegheny River Boulevard weekdays from 9 a. m.- 3 p. m. through late August.

13. Wetzel Road/ Shaler: Single- lane bridge between Little Pine Creek Road and Wise Lane to close continuously for replacement through late October.

14. Route 837/ Clairton: Single- lane alternating traffic between Maple and Blair avenues 9 a. m.- 3 p. m. weekdays through early August.

15. Baum Boulevard/ Pittsburgh: Single- lane restriction between South Graham Street and South Highland Avenue weekdays 7 a. m.- 7 p. m. through Oct. 2.

16. Route 28/ Pittsburgh: Single- lane restrictions in each direction between the Millvale interchange and Highland Park Bridge 8 p. m.- 5 a. m. through spring 2021.

17. Way Hollow Road/ Edgeworth, Sewickley Heights: Road closed to traffic indefinitely between Woodland and Backbone roads. Detours posted.

18. Crescent Street/ Etna: Single- lane closure between Sullivan Way and Kittanning Street 7a. m- 5 p. m. weekdays through Aug. 28.

19. Route 286/ Plum: Singlelane alternating traffic between Old Frankstown Road and Hileah Drive on the following schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8 p. m.- 5 a. m.; Friday, 8 p. m.- 10 a. m.; Saturday, 6 p. m.- 10 a. m., through early December.

20. McCoy Road/ Stowe: Closed just northwest of Dunn Street through December. Detours posted.

21. Noblestown Road/ North Fayette, Collier: Closed between Gregg Station Road and Nike Road around the clock through mid- August. Detours posted.

22. Second Avenue/ Pittsburgh: Inbound ( westbound) lane closed between the Armstrong Tunnel and Brady Street through November. Westbound traffic will be shifted to eastbound lane.

23. Little Deer Creek Valley Road/ Indiana: Closed between Crawford Run Road and Marshall Hill Road through late August. Detour posted.

24. Painters Run Road/ Upper St. Clair: Closed just west of intersection with McMillan Road for indeterminate time. Also, there will be traffic stoppages between 7 p. m. and 7 a. m. between Bower Hill Road and Cedar

Boulevard in Mt. Lebanon that are expected to last into midAugust.

25. Beeler Street, Wilkins Avenue/ Pittsburgh: Singlelane alternating traffic daily 7 a. m.- 7 p. m. through late October on the following: Beeler Street between Forbes Avenue and Wilkins Avenue; Wilkins Avenue between Beeler Street and South Dallas Avenue; South Dallas Avenue between Wilkins Avenue and Penn Avenue.

26. Sixth Avenue/ Rankin: Closed between Kenmawr Avenue and Duquesne Way through late summer 2021. Detours posted.

27. Route 136/ Elizabeth: Long- term closure between Route 51 in Forward and Long Hollow Road. Detours posted.

28. Washington Avenue/ Bridgeville: Single- lane restrictions between Prestley Road and St. Clair Street from 7 p. m.- 5 a. m. Monday through

Wednesday. 29. Route 22/ North Fayette: Single- lane closure westbound 1 mile east of I- 576 7 a. m.- 5 p. m. Monday- Friday.

30. East Elfinwild Road/ Shaler: Closed near its intersection with Route 8 through December. Detours posted.

31. Nadine Road/ Penn Hills: Closed near Lincoln Road beginning 7 a. m. Monday for at least two weeks. Detour posted.

32. Big Sewickley Creek Road/ Franklin Park: Singlelane alternating traffic on the bridge over Big Sewickley Creek between Hopkins Church Road and Amsler Ridge Road around the clock through mid- December.

33. Rich Hill Road/ West Deer: Closed between Michael Road and Russellton-Dorseyville Road continuously, beginning at noon Monday through late August.

34. New England Road/ West Mifflin: Will close at 9 a. m. Aug. 10 about 1,200 feet southeast of Smith’s Lane. Detours posted.

35. Route 19/ Marshall: Single- lane restrictions at the intersection of Northgate Drive daily 9 a. m.- 3 p. m. through late August.

36. Route 28/ O’Hara: Southbound single- lane restriction between the Harmar and RIDC Drive exits ( 11 and 10) 9 a. m.- 3 p. m. through Aug. 14.

37. Route 8/ Hampton, Richland: Single- lane closures in each direction between Wildwood Road and Northtowne Square 7 a. m.- 5 p. m. weekdays through early December. Additional times: weeknights 6 p. m.- 6 a. m.; 8 p. m. Saturday- 10 a. m. Sunday; and 8 p. m. Sunday- 6 a. m. Monday.

38. Forbes Road/ Monroeville, Trafford: Closed continuously between Haymaker

Road and Westmoreland Road/ Stewart Station Drive, through mid- November. Detours posted.

39. West Main Street/ Carnegie: Reduced to single lane in each direction between Camp Hill Road and Jefferson Street 7 a. m.- 3 p. m. weekdays through mid- August. Saturday work also is planned.

40. Red Mud Hollow Road/ Ohio Township: Closed between Mount Nebo Road and the entrance to Ohio Township Community Park and Nature Center continuously through 3 p. m Tuesday. Detour posted.

41. East Carson Street/ Pittsburgh: Single- lane alternating traffic eastbound between South 15th Street and South 14th Street 8 p. m. Sunday- 6 a. m. Monday.

42. Route 130/ Pitcairn: Single- lane alternating traffic between Haymaker Road and Thomas Street beginning Monday according to the following: 9 a. m.- 3 p. m. MondayFriday; 7 p. m.- 6 a. m. Monday through Thursday; 6 p. m.- 10 a. m. Friday and Saturday, through early December.

43. Route 837/ Munhall: Lane restrictions at the intersection with Whitaker Way 9 a. m.- 3 p. m. weekdays through Friday.

44. 10th Street Bypass/ Pittsburgh: Single- lane restrictions between the Fort Duquesne Bridge and Fort Duquesne Boulevard from 9 p. m. through 5 a. m. MondayFriday through Aug. 28.

45. Parkway East/ Pittsburgh: Inspection work 6 a. m.- noon Sunday in the following locations: Inbound I376 ( Parkway East) at the Stanwix Street off ramp to the Fort Pitt Bridge. Also on the connector from the Fort Duquesne Bridge to outbound I- 376 ( Parkway East).
