3 Quinn Priester, RHP, High-A Greensboro: After 2 scoreless starts (10 IP), gave up 5 earned runs over 4 innings Monday. Allowed 6 earned runs in first 2 starts.
4 Oneil Cruz, SS, Class AA Altoona: Entered Thursday’s game hitting .367 over his past 7 games, with 3 homers and 10 RBIs. Also has 8 errors in 21 games.
5 Liover Peguero, SS, High-A Greensboro: Missed 2 weeks with a knee bruise and was just 3 for 18 since returning (through Wednesday). Has a .784 OPS.
6 Hudson Head, OF, Low-A Bradenton: Been a choppy first month. After showing signs of consistency, 1-for-13 stretch over his past 6 knocked his average down to .189.
7 Tahnaj Thomas, RHP, High-A Greensboro: Gave up 3 homers in his start last Wednesday and as many earned runs (3) as his previous 3 starts combined. Has a 3.95 ERA with 20 strikeouts, 9 walks in 4 starts (132⁄ IP). 3
8 Brennan Malone, RHP, GCL Pirates: Moved from Low-A Bradenton back to rookie ball for developmental purposes. Had allowed 4 runs over 32⁄ innings before move. 3
9 Travis Swaggerty, OF, Class AAA Indianapolis: Currently on the 60day injured list with a dislocated right shoulder. Might require surgery.
10 Cody Bolton, RHP, Class AA Indianapolis: Has not pitched (and likely won’t) in 2021 because of right knee surgery.

• RHP Carmen Mlodzinski (No. 11) has a 0.79 ERA after his first three starts at High-A Greensboro.
• RHP Roansy Contreras (No. 20), pitching for Class AA Altoona, ranks fourth in the Northeast League with a .160 batting average against.
• After a terrific start, 1B Mason Martin (No. 15) has scuffled some with Class AA Altoona, with three hits in 32 at-bats over his past 10 games.
• Been a disappointing start for RHP Eddy Yean (No. 13), who has an 8.49 ERA through five games (three starts).
• OF Cal Mitchell (No. 18) has been really good for Class AA Altoona. Hits in nine straight before the streak ended Tuesday. At .326 with four doubles, two homers over his past 11.
