GERRY DULAC’S WEEK 10 FORECAST

LAST WEEK’S RECORD: 7-7 (.500) • SEASON RECORD: 84-52 (.618)

-

Cleveland Browns (5-4) at New England Patriots (5-4): 1 p.m. … The Patriots are starting to look like the team when they had that other guy at QB. They’ve won three in a row by a combined 105-43. The Browns are hoping their easy win vs. the Bengals puts them back where they want to be. Prediction: Browns, 30-28

Atlanta Falcons (4-4) at Dallas Cowboys (6-2): 1 p.m. … Not many people saw Atlanta going into New Orleans and beating the Saints last weekend. Maybe fewer saw Dallas losing at home to the Broncos, especially with Dak back. Normalcy returns. Prediction: Cowboys, 38-24

Jacksonville Jaguars (2-6) at Indianapolis Colts (4-5): 1 p.m. … Did the Jaguars actually win a game scoring only nine points? Did they actually hold the Bills to six? And have they actually won two of their past three? Incredibly, yes. That will end vs. the Colts, the best 4-5 team in the league. Prediction: Colts, 30-12

Buffalo Bills (5-3) at New York Jets (2-6): 1 p.m. … OK, Buffalo, any time you want to wake up from this funk, the rest of the AFC is waiting. What’s up with the Bills? They’ve averaged 16 points the past two games, 21 fewer than their previous five. Their offense should get well in a hurry vs. the Jets. Prediction: Bills, 41-24

New Orleans Saints (5-3) at Tennessee Titans (7-2): 1 p.m. … With or without Derrick Henry, the Titans have shown they are the best team in the AFC, maybe the NFL. After beating the Bills, Chiefs, Colts and Rams in consecutive weeks, they get another playoff contender in the Saints. Prediction: Titans, 27-17

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-2) at Washington Football Team (2-6): 1 p.m. … The Buccaneers were off after losing in New Orleans. That should put them in a feisty mood in Washington, where points — just 55 in a four-game losing streak — have been harder to come by than a bipartisan vote. Prediction: Buccaneers, 31-13

Carolina Panthers (4-5) at Arizona Cardinals (8-1): 4:05 p.m. … The Cardinals have scored at least 31 points in seven of their nine games, but they won’t need that many vs. the Panthers. They’ve scored only 28 points in the past three games, prompting them to bring back Cam Newton. Prediction: Cardinals, 38-9

Minnesota Vikings (3-5) at L.A. Chargers (5-3): 4:05 p.m. … The Vikings are the NFL’s top near-miss team: Their five losses have been by a combined 18 points, including last week’s overtime defeat in Baltimore. But you can’t blow 14-point leads in the second half and expect to win. Prediction: Chargers, 37-34

Philadelphia Eagles (3-5) at Denver Broncos (5-4): 4:25 p.m. … Let’s put the Eagles’ season in perspective. Their only wins are against teams with an 8-17 record. And, when they play winning teams, they have been outscored, 171-119. The Broncos are another winning team. Do the math. Prediction: Broncos, 34-23

Seattle Seahawks (3-5) at Green Bay Packers (7-2): 4:25 p.m. … So the Seahawks get Russell Wilson back (thumb) after losing 2 of 3 without him. And the Packers get Aaron Rodgers back (COVID) after he cost them $300,000 in fines. Who will be more amped to get back at it? Prediction: Packers, 34-31

Kansas City Chiefs (5-4) at Las Vegas Raiders (5-3): 8:20 p.m. … The Chiefs have won their past two, but, let’s face it: They have not been impressive. They are averaging 15.4 points in their past five, more than 16 below their league-leading average in 2020. The Raiders are 3-1 at home. Prediction: Raiders, 34-33

L.A. Rams (7-2) at San Francisco 49ers (3-5): 8:15 p.m. … Just one of the Rams seven wins was vs. a team with a winning record. And that was vs. Tampa Bay in Week 3. Since then, some of their wins have come against the likes of the Bears, Texans and Lions. But they are 4-0 on the road. Prediction: Rams, 30-20
