St. Clair Health appointed Rich Taylor as vice president of facilities management and operations.

Charles Edward Geyer, Jr., M.D., joined UPMC Hillman Cancer Center as co-director of its National Cancer Institute (NCI) National Clinical Trials Network efforts.

United Way of Southweste­rn Pennsylvan­ia promoted Alyssa Cholodofsk­y to chief program and policy officer and Cinda Watkins to 211 senior director; and hired Anna Kay Yaghoubian as director of Building for Success.

Sweetwater Center For the Arts named Christine Brondyke as its executive director.

Tourism

Meredith Meyer Grelli, co-founder/co-owner of Wigle Whiskey and Threadbare Cider & Mead, was named chairperso­n of VisitPitts­burgh’s board. Additional­ly, two new board members were elected, they are Laila Brock, vice president, sponsorshi­p sales and operations of JMI Sports and Perry Ivery, general manager, The Oaklander Hotel, Marriott Autograph Collection.

Awards and Honors

The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges honored child advocate Judith Horgan for her service to children and families at the NCJFCJ’s annual National Conference on Juvenile Justice. She received the inaugural Award for Exemplary Service on behalf of Children and Families in the Court System.
