This colorful aperitif cocktail is traditiona­lly crafted with gin and egg white. Here, St- Germain elderflowe­r liqueur adds a sweet, fruity flavor.

1½ ounces Aperol ¾ ounce St-Germain elderflowe­r liqueur

¼ ounce fresh lime juice

Rosemary sprig, for garnish

Place all ingredient­s into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake, then strain into a coupe. Add a rosemary sprig, and serve.

Serves 1.
