25 Club’s annual Holiday Luncheon

The 25 Club’s annual Holiday Luncheon and Nutcracker Boutique is a seasonal tradition that supports neonatal care at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital.

Event chairs Cynthia Carrow, Steffie Bozic and Christy Blose were thrilled with the turnout Friday as they mingled and greeted guests at the Duquesne Club.

“We have more than 200 here today,” said Penny Holden, 25 Club president. “We are so happy because we raise money to benefit the babies in the NICU.”

Dani Jo McLane and Shanon Mahramas enjoyed their last year as boutique chairs. Kathe Patrinos donated the floral centerpiec­es by Toadflax.

WTAE’s Mike Clark welcomed everyone after lunch was served. UPMC CEO Leslie Davis was to be the featured speaker, but was unable to attend due to COVID. Taking her place was Dr. Richard Beigi, president of Magee-Womens Hospital.

Shopping and socializin­g while they helped raise approximat­ely $100,000 were Dani Grego, Kathe Patrinos, Arlene Sokolow, Lynn Bainbridge, Barb Mendlowitz, Jeanne Caliguri, Peggy Snavely, Judy Woffington, Terri Bone, Laura Penrod Kronk, Natalie Hoffman with her husband, Dr. William Hoffman, Barbara Norris, Anne Simon, Susan Boyle, Heather Ziccarelli, Betsi Teti, Vera Purcell, Janet Ferris, Dolly Warwick and Beth Kuhn.
