CALL FOR ENTRIES
Fiction, non-fiction and poetry entries are now being accepted for the sixth annual writing competition, which offers more than $5,000 in prize money.
In addition to the cash prizes, firstthrough third-place winners in each category receive scholarships to the March 12-13, 2018, Masters Workshop on the University of Arizona campus.
This competition is the avenue to two days of hands-on workshopping with a faculty of top U.S authors following the Tucson Festival of Books.
The top 50 entrants are invited to attend the workshop, the faculty for which is drawn from the Festival’s presenting authors. Past faculty members have included Ann Hood, Joyce Mayard, Monica Youn and Luis Alberto Urrea.
