Colrain Poetry Manuscript Conference

The Colrain Poetry Manuscript Conference will be held from October 6 to October 9 at the Captain Whidbey Inn on Whidbey Island, Washington, and from November 10 to November 13 at the Brandt House in Greenfield, Massachuse­tts. The conference features workshops of book-length poetry manuscript­s with editors and publishers. The faculty for the October session includes poets Joan Houlihan and Fred Marchant, and publishers Rusty Morrison of Omnidawn Publishing and Martha Rhodes of Four Way Books. The faculty for the November Intensive session includes Joan Houlihan and Martha Rhodes; the session is open to poets who have published a book, have already attended a Colrain conference, or have been a finalist or semi-finalist for a book contest. The cost of each session, which includes lodging and meals, is $1,425 for the October session and $1,675 for the November session. Using the online applicatio­n system, submit three or four poems and a
