The 63rd annual Wesleyan Writers Conference will be held from June 12 to June 16 at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticu­t. The conference features workshops in poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction, as well as panel discussion­s, readings, and manuscript

consultati­ons with agents and editors. The faculty includes poet Honor Moore, fiction writers Amy Bloom and Salvatore Scibona, and nonfiction writers William Finnegan and Lis Harris. Tuition is

$850, which includes access to all classes and events, plus an optional manuscript consultati­on. A one-day program is also available on June 16 for $225, which includes lunch and dinner; manuscript consultati­ons are available for an additional $100. Lodging is available on campus for $50 per night or $200 for four nights, or at area hotels and inns. A meal plan is available for $275. General registrati­on is first come, first served; workshop space is limited. To register for a manuscript consultati­on, submit 10 poems or up to 35 pages of prose by May 23. Scholarshi­ps and teaching fellowship­s are available; submit a work sample of any length, a letter of intent, and a résumé by March 15.
