The fourth annual Broadleaf Writers Conference will be held from September 21 to September 22 at the Cobb Galleria in Atlanta. The conference features workshops for poets, fiction writers, and nonfiction writers, as well as panels and individual consultations with agents and publishing professionals. The faculty includes poet Collin Kelley; fiction writers Becky Albertalli, Angie Thomas, and Julian Winters; and nonfiction writer Denene Millner. Participating publishing professionals include agents Moe Ferrera (BookEnds Literary Agency) and Kelly Peterson (Rees Literary Agency) and editors and publishers Lou Aronica (Story Plant) and Steve McCondichie (Southern Fried Karma). The cost of the conference is $225 ($200 for Broadleaf Writers members), which includes a consultation with an agent or publishing professional. Additional consultations are available for $25.
