- LITERARY AWARDS

Kendra Langdon Juskus of Durham, North Carolina, won the 2019 Bea Gonzalez Prize for Poetry for a group of poems. Bo Ledwith of Binghamton, New York, won the Robert Colley Prize for Fiction for her story “The Hunting Party.” Daniel Eastman of Allentown, Pennsylvan­ia, won the S. I. Newhouse School Prize for Creative Nonfiction for his essay “The Anomaly of West Virginia.” They each received $500, and their winning works were published in Issue 13 of Stone Canoe. The editors judged. The annual awards are given to writers who are current or former residents of upstate New York. (SEE DEADLINES.)
