Renaissance House Residency Program
The Renaissance House Residency Program, sponsored by the Helene and Dorothy West Foundation for Artists in Need, offers residencies of one to two weeks from July to September to poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers in the Catskill Mountains of Napanoch, New York, and Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts. The residencies include workshops, lectures, and time to write. Participating writers include poet Afaa Michael Weaver, fiction writer Elizabeth Benedict, and creative nonfiction writers Wickham Boyle and Jill Nelson. The cost of the residency, which includes workshops, lodging, and all meals, is $950 for private lodging and $600 for shared lodging. Submit an application with a work sample of any length. Applications are considered on a rolling basis; there is no application fee. Visit the website for more information.
