Villa Josefina

Villa Josefina offers three- and seven-day residencies in May, June, August, September, October, and November for poets, fiction writers, and nonfiction writers at a house in Josefuº v Duº l, a village in the Czech Republic approximately 70 miles

from Prague. Residents are provided with private lodging that includes a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and work space. Residents can take free workshops in art therapy and professional development; additional workshops are available for an additional €25 to €35 (approximately $28 to $39). The cost of the retreat is €140 (approximately $157) for a three-day retreat and €190 (approximately $213) for a seven-day retreat. Registration is first come, first served.
