Riley Lewis Moore

Riley Lewis Moore of Willits Ca. passed away on August 20, 2018 at the age of 73.

He was born in San Sabo Texas, May 15, 1945 to Rufus Lewis Moore and Annie Evalena Tomme Moore.

At a very young age Riley, along with his family moved to California. He attended schools in San Martin, Taft and Porterville, He later attended Sacramento State University.

October 13, 1965 he married his beloved Jody Moore in Torrence California.

Riley worked for 40 years in Various California Water Industries including the areas of Lindsay, Aromas, Alameda Co. zone 7 and the Northern Calif. area Indian Reservations.

In his spare time he enjoyed Texas Hold' em, Dominoes, fishing, hunting and scifi movies.

Riley was a long time member of the Church of Christ in Springville Ca.

After moving to Northern Ca. Riley moved his membership to the Willits Church of Christ.

Riley was proceeded in death by his parents, Rufus and Annie Moore. He is survived by his loving wife, Jody Moore; daughters Janet Moore (Irene Durigan) of Willits Ca., Rose Conde (Rudy) of Austin Tx., Siblings Anice Price of San Martin Ca., Dorice Knight of Porterville Ca., Robert Moore of San Jose Ca., Roy (Diane) Moore of Greenley Co., Richard (Jan) Moore of Hutto Tx., Roger (Twyla Moore of Porterville Ca. and many beloved Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews, Great nieces and Nephews and cousins.

Their will be a family burial at Hillcrest Cementary Services 1013 E Olive Ave Porterville CA 93257. A Memorial service will be held September 15, 2018 at the Porterville Church of Christ under the Direction of Donald Gelles 1000 N. Newcomb St., Porterville Ca. 93257 at 11:OO am.

Reception immediately follow at the Church Fellowship Hall.
