Pills Anonymous, a support group for people who have been using pills addictively, meets each Sunday from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at The Recovery Club at 186 S. D St. in Porterville. She is a leader in Porterville and advocates access to health care internationally. Ela is an accomplished woman and you won’t want to miss this special AAUW program. The program will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the Porterville Public Library upstairs in the Historical Room. Eagle Mountain Casino Bus Trip. The Porterville Women’s Club, Porterville Garden Club, and Porterville Kiwanis Club are sponsoring a bus trip to Eagle Mountain Casino. The Bus trip is Wednesday, February 20. The cost is $10 per person and is RSVP. A Night Of Salsa. The University of California San Francisco - Alzheimer and Memory Center and the Porterville Valley Adult Day Services is proud to introduce a fresh and innovative event “A Night Of Salsa” where we are mixing salsa lessons with a dementia seminar and resource fair for the Hispanic population.
