Two new fugitives added to County’s Top Ten most wanted
The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office released Tuesday an updated list of the ten most wanted criminals in hiding.
TCSO is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the listed subjects, any information regarding their whereabouts or information about them. All suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency line is (559) 733.6218 Lino Alvarado Almanza, 24 Wanted on felony warrant Lino Almanza is wanted for a felony warrant for being a felon in possession of a firearm and felon in possession of ammunition. Lino was arrested on 5-31-18 and released on bail. Lino failed to appear in court and is from the Strathmore area.
Yaxkin Chumacero, 32 Wanted on felony warrant Yaxkin Chumacero, from the Tule River Indian Reservation, is wanted on a felony warrant for several counts of child molestation.
Gerardo Lopez, 38 Wanted for Homicide Lopez is the suspect in a homicide that occurred on 5/30/18 in Tulare. Lopez is believed to be driving a 2005 white Chevrolet Van with the license plate 8Y31851. Lopez is from the Tulare area. Carlos Garcia, 32 Wanted for felony warrant Garcia is wanted for a felony warrant regarding lewd acts with a child. Carlos is from the Cutler/ Orosi area. Matthew Wilson, 36 Wanted on felony warrant Matthew Wilson, 36 years old, is from the London area. Wilson is wanted for a felony warrant for felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Anthony Mendez, 36 Wanted for several felony warrants Anthony Mendez, 36 years old, is from the Porterville Area. Anthony is wanted for several felony warrants including possession of a firearm, witness intimidation, and for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Michael Orta, 21 Wanted for Felony Warrant Michael Orta, 21 years old, out of the Exeter Area, is wanted for an active felony warrant for his arrest for assault with a deadly weapon. Miguel Angel Rodriguez, 24 Wanted for Arrest Warrants Rodriguez has an active warrant for armed robbery and should be considered armed and dangerous.
Martin Saldana, 23 Wanted for Homicide Saldana has been identified as the suspect in the shooting death of 21 year old Richard Zepeda from the Woodlake area in 2013.
Gilbert Gonzalez Salinas,52 Wanted for two Felony Warrants Salinas has two outstanding arrest warrants for failing to register as a sex offender and domestic violence. He is known to frequent the Terra Bella area.
