LETTERS POLICY

• Letters must be signed and include the address and phone number of the writer for verification.

• Writers are limited to no more than one letter every 21 days.

• Letter writers must be willing to have their name and hometown published with the letter.

• Letters in excess of 350 words may not be published.

• All letters are subject to editing for length, grammar, journalistic style and libel.

Letters can be submitted through The Recorder’s website at www.recorderonline.com. All of the requested fields are required for letters submitted through our website to be considered for publication.
