Two new fugitives added to Tulare County’s most wanted
The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office has released another top 10 wanted list, adding two new fugitives to the list: The top 10 wanted in hiding are:
Royan Isquierdo, 28: Isquierdo is wanted on a felony warrant for assault with a deadly weapon. Royan is from the Exeter area.
Luis Aceves Salcedo, 37: Salcedo is out of the Ivanhoe area and is wanted on a Felony warrant for Attempted Homicide. He also has 2 additional felony warrants for Assault with a deadly weapon and weapons violations.
Justin Michael Etheridge, 24: Etheridge is from the Dinuba area. He’s wanted on a felony NO BAIL warrant for being a felon in possesion of a loaded firearm and ammunition.
Carlos Omar Retamoza, 25: Retamorza is from the Pixley area and wanted for Possession of a stolen vehicle and failing to appear in court. Retamorza also has five additional warrants for his arrest.
Anthony Mendez, 36: Mendez is from the Porterville area. He’s wanted for several felony warrants including possession of a firearm, witness intimidation and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Martin Saldana, 21: Saldana has been identified as the suspect in the shooting death of Richard Zepeda in 2013. He’s from the Woodlake area.
Gilbert Gonzalez Salinas, 53: Salinas has two outstanding arrest warrants for failing to register as a sex offender and domestic violence. He’s known to frequent the Terra Bella area.
Gerardo Lopez, 38: Lopez is the suspect in a homicide that occurred on May 30, 2018 in Tulare. Lopez is believed to be driving a 2005 Chevrolet van with the license plate 8Y318151. Lopez is from the Tulare area.
Carlos Garcia, 32. Garcia is wanted for a felony warrant regarding lewd acts with a child. He’s from the Cutler/orosi area.
Miguel Angel Rodriguez, 25: Rodriguez has an active warrant for armed robbery and should be considered armed and dangerous.
The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the listed suspects, any information regarding their whereabouts or information about them. All suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.
