Ten Steps to Epidemic Freedom

- Sylvia J. Harral

No matter what disease we face, we will overcome it ONLY with a strong immune system. In order to build a strong immune system, we need to have a clue about how our immune system is designed. Then get in line with that design.

Before we’re born, our mother’s immune system takes care of us. If hers is strong, we’re in good hands. As soon as the cord is cut we’re on our own. However, our Mother’s body doesn’t abandon us. Even though we’ve left her body, it still provides what we need to set up our own immune system.

The passage of our head through the birth canal sends a message to Mom’s “kitchen” glands; “Prepare my first meal, Mommy! My tummy is going to feel something it has never felt before, and I am going to cry!”

The mammary glands start collecting all kinds of “seeds” to put in that first meal. The “seeds” are the beneficial bacteria that will be planted in the baby’s gut-garden. The beneficial bacteria are specifically designed to build the baby’s immune system. Over the first few months of life, as the “seeds” grow into mature “plants” (the strains of bacteria colonize), the baby’s immune system becomes stronger.

The immune system “garden within” and the garden in the back yard require the same 10 steps to flourish.

Step one: Nutrient Density! Chemicals and artificial nutrients appear to be just as good as real ones until we wake up one day in “Side-effectcity” wondering how we got there. “Home” is where our health lives. Every cell needs real nutrients.

Step two: Exercise! Once the nutrients arrive in the body, they must be carried to the cells.

Step three: Water! The amount of fluid that’s needed to transports the nutrients must be abundantly supplied.

Step four: Sunlight! Both photosynthesis and Vitamin D require sunlight. Sunlight is also disinfecting which kills viruses. Take advantage of these hot summer days.

Step five: Toxicity! Waste products need to be hauled away as fast as they’re created.

Step six: Air! Oxygen is the most needed element for our health and immune system’s defense. Bring in as much oxygen as possible with every breath instead of breathing shallow or rebreathing the carbon dioxide exhaust our lungs produce.

Step seven: Rest! Peaceful sleep is healing. Listening to bad news just before sleep weakens the immune system for its nightly duties.

Step eight: Trust! … in your immune system’s ability to fight the virus better than anything else. The idea of a vaccine teaching the immune system to fight is nowhere near the technique a mother’s body uses to set us up the baby’s immune system for a healthy life. How much wisdom is there in the choice to go down another chemical rabbit-hole into “Side-effect-city?”

Step nine: Attitude of Gratitude! … is the opposite fear. It will take work to turn off the fear, but that’s our learning experience right now.

Step 10: Benevolence! Service to others! Paying it forward! Turning our focus to this vein of thinking is a huge step. Many are choosing a better way of thinking these days in spite of all the corruption that’s being thrown at us.

The more of these 10 steps we integrate into our lifestyle, the stronger we will become and the sooner we will be freed from this epidemic for good.

Until then … TAKE CHARGE! … Sylvia
