1. Know your weaknesses and strengths: It’s important to know what skills you have in your life. Taking a skills assessment test is a great way to determine your strengths and weaknesses. Once you realize your skill sets, the next step is to focus on your talents.

2. Accept who you are: Don’t get into the habit of comparing yourself to others. You’re unique in this world and it’s important you realize you can do anything you want if you put your mind to it.

3. Remember your successes: Some people downplay their successes and focus on those things they struggle with. Always remind yourself of your past accomplish­ments no matter how small they may be. Stop focusing on the negative parts of your life and remember your past achievemen­ts.
