We still have a hope

Thank you once again for allowing me to share a few nonsecular thoughts and words of encouragements to your readers. Never before in my lifetime have I seen such chaos, confusion and fear as I see in our world today! And sadly, there appears to be no end to it!

In Luke 21:26 we find these telling words of Jesus to His disciples when they asked Him questions concerning the end time. “Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken!” So, as Christians, what should we do or how should we live in light of what is going on in our world? Should we cower down with fear and loose hope?

Just what does God’s Word tell us we should do as Christians? I believe we have an answer that is found in Malachi 3:16, “They that feared the Lord, (not man) spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for Them that feared the Lord (not man) and that thought upon his name. (V.17.) And they shall be Mine, saith the lord of host, in that day that I make up my jewels: and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him!” We see here that we, as Christians, are not without hope!

May God bless these shared scriptures to your heart and may you know God loves each and every one of you!
