CBS News has reported 99.7% of COVID-19 cases are now among the unvaccinated. If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.
Well, now that we’ve heard the “Maybe COVID-19 is just part of Mother Nature’s plan” defense, how long will it be before we start to hear that “Getting vaccinated is thwarting God’s will?”
The victims from the delta variant of COVID19 are now children and young adults.
We will never defeat this virus because people won’t vaccinate. Selfish people who reject science and believe the previous administration and some of the media’s misinformation.
After allowing formation of charter schools willy nilly, with no provisions to insure accountability to taxpayers, Indiana legislators and Indiana’s Attorney General are now expressing shock that charter schools have not been held accountable, and in fact have sometimes (gasp!) been guilty of fraud. Tens of millions of dollars worth of fraud, as it now turns out.
Will any legislators be held accountable? Such a laugh.
U.S. cases of the COVID19 virus are rising and we are going to fill the football stadiums with fans.
Schools will be back in session with full classrooms. Just about all the death count is from people who did not get the shots. Now they are talking about needing a booster shot, stores quit selling sanitizer and do not require a mask to shop. The problem is thinking it won’t happen to me.
Getting these liberals a vaccine shot is going to be an impossible chore,
just like getting them a job or a GED. After all, the COVID19 vaccines were all created under Trump’s watch! It’s like a little piece of Donald getting injected in arms all throughout America! Wisdom shots!
The biggest roadblock to our country reopening and being back-to-normal is the Republican Party
and the right-wing media, who are actively trying to sabotage the COVID-19 vaccine. And you have to ask yourself — just why would they do that?
Fox News is telling its viewers that they don’t need to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
That it’s their body and their choice. What they don’t tell you is every one of them is vaccinated. Their noses grow daily and the cult still believes them. Meanwhile the variants continue to kill.
I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but a couple points are in order regarding the Olympics:
1) The Japanese people OVERWHELMINGLY oppose holding the Games because of the chance they could become a “Super Spreader” of COVID-19; 2) Since spectators have been eliminated, revenue from ticket sales will drop to near zero. And the Japanese taxpayers, having already ponied up $25 billion, will have to make up the difference by writing a check to the International Olympic Committee and its President, Mr. Thomas Bach.
That will set Japan back another $815 million, give or take. And then, to add insult to injury, Mr. Bach, in his opening remarks upon arriving in Japan, referred to the Japanese people as Chinese! Maybe Bach should have given a speech on this topic: The Olympics: It’s All About the Money.

Gas up 2.5 percent in one month, but, but, but Trump said and tweeted mean things. We weren’t talking about inflation when Trump was in office, but just keep printing money. That’s the answer.

Guy’s mishandling of the pandemic. But you go ahead and keep blaming the solution instead of the problem, if it makes you feel better — after all, I think we can guess where your vote went and you must really feel the a desperate need to justify such a decision.
So apparently Republicans have moved Tennessee into Oppositeland.
Dr Michelle Fiscus, the Tennessee Health Department’s top immunization official, was fired for — wait for it — getting too many people vaccinated, particularly kids. One of her “sins” was a memo sharing the FACT that Tennessee law states that 14-year-olds can receive medical care without parental consent.
Tennessee legislators are talking about totally dissolving the Tennessee Health Department and have abolished all communication about ALL vaccines (not just COVID) aimed at vaccinating kids.
I would imagine that lawyers from everywhere are currently blowing up her phone, since she was fired for doing her job and stating a fact.
