Musical performanc­e and dance

recital: The Concert Choir and Dance Department from the Wirt-Emerson School of Visual and Performing Arts is presenting a free performanc­e based upon the civil rights struggle at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, in the Bergland Auditorium in the Savannah Center at Indiana University Northwest, 3400 Broadway. The event is sponsored by the Department of Minority Studies and African-American Studies.
