Health fair scheduled

Ivy Tech Community College Northwest Student Life and Delta Sigma Theta sorority Gary Alumnae Chapter are hosting a Community Health Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, in the Multi-Purpose room at the Gary campus, 1440 E. 35th Ave.

Exhibitors at the fair are expected to include: Alcoholics Anonymous, Aliveness Project, American Heart Association, City of Gary Recycling Department, Community Acupuncture, Community HealthNet, Edgewater Systems, Fagen Pharmacy, Geminus Head Start, Fitness Instructor Robin Bernal, Health Coach Mary Feagin, Ivy Tech Nursing, Kauffman Chiropractic, Mulitcultural Wellness Network MOTTEP, Munster Medical Acupuncture & Wellness Clinic, Northwest Indiana Community Action, NWI Healthy Start, Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service, Radcliffe Family Dental, SAFY: Specialized Alternative for Families and Youth and St. Jude House.
