66, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2014. He was a graduate of Tolleston High School, 1966. He retired, USX Steel, 36 years.

He was preceded in death by parents, David and Elois Magee; one brother, Anthony Magee; two sisters, Doris Magee and Blanche Gibson.

He is survived by wife, Sandra Magee; one daughter, Candance Magee; one son, Curtis (Avis) Magee; two stepsons, Anthony (Shawanna) Sims and Jerrery Williams; three brothers David (Shirley) Magee, Van (Angela) and Terrance (Rozalyn) Magee; six sisters, Debra Mitchell, Tina Reese, Judy Naugher, Sandra Nichols, Armenda Nichols and Mary Williams; two brothers-in-law, Clyde Williams and Darrell (Starla) Williams; four sisters-in-law, Alice Williams, Margaret Williams, Arletha Reed and Terri Williams. He also leaves to cherish his memories six grandchild­ren; five greatgrand­children; and other loving relatives and friends.

Viewing will be held Friday, February 7, 2014 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with family hour 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Manuel Memorial Funeral Home, 421 W. 5th Avenue, Gary, Indiana 46402. Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Manuel Memorial Funeral, with Elder Henry Hill officiatin­g. He will be laid to rest at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Hobart, Indiana. Arrangemen­ts entrusted to Manuel Memorial Funeral Home "Your Parlor of Peace".
