Perhaps, for her last two years in the White House, Mrs. Obama could shift her focus from overweight, overindulged, underactive children to our homeless veterans who need facilities similar to retirement homes and/or assisted-living-type homes. The new Republican Senate, with the help of nine Democrats, passed the Keystone pipeline, which will create thousands of union construction jobs, but the president wants to veto it. Who’s the obstructionist now?
