College Basketball: State Farm Champions Classic

ESPN, Beginning at 6 p.m. Live

Four of the nation’s elite college basketball programs return for the State Farm Champions Classic, held this year at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapol­is. The Michigan State Spartans battle the Kentucky Wildcats, followed by the Kansas Jayhawks vs. the Duke Blue Devils.

The Resident

FOX, 7 p.m.

Dr. Bell (Bruce Greenwood) deals with being served court papers from a former patient in the new episode “The Better Part of Valor.”

The Voice

NBC, 7 p.m. Live

Two artists from each team are revealed as safe by America’s votes. Each coach selects one more artist to move forward. The remaining four artists, one from each team, compete in the Wildcard Instant Save. One artist from the save moves on to the Top 13.

Happy Birthday! Martin Scorsese

TCM, 7 p.m.

Before the director turns 80 on Thursday, TCM screens four films he picked, starting with one of his faves, 1958 World War II drama Ashes and Diamonds, and including 1962’s Jules and Jim.

NBC, 8 p.m.

In “1988,” A reunited Harris family leads the effort to rescue Caroline and stop the sinkholes from happening, only to face forces that threaten to tear their family apart. With Lucas’ (Josh McKenzie) life on the line, Ty (Chike Okonkwo) accepts a challenge to win his friend a cure.

Neighborho­od Wars

This series returns to reveal more of the most emotionall­y charged and shockingly raw events ever recorded on camera. The series following brothers Rick and Marty Lagina, who attempt to solve the 227-yearold Oak Island mystery, debuts its 10th season.

Customer Wars

A&E, 9 p.m.  New Series

With supply-chain shortages, skyrocketi­ng prices and more shopliftin­g than ever before, positive customer relations are nearly impossible. Customer Wars spotlights the conflicts that arise when disgruntle­d and irrational customers come face-to-face with the employees doing their best to take care of their needs. From fiery exchanges at the fast-food drive-thru to loss-prevention brawls, this series proves once and for all that “The customer is always right” is the exception rather than the rule. Back-to-back half-hour episodes premiere tonight.

The Rookie: Feds

In “Countdown,” while searching for a missing scientist in the Angeles National Forest, Simone and Carter uncover an ecoterrori­st’s plans to detonate dirty bombs across the city. Meanwhile, Brendon taps into his own profiling tactics to find the perfect birthday gift for Laura.

FBI: Most Wanted

In the new episode “Patent Pending,” the FBI team must dive into the world of psychedeli­cs when a tech entreprene­ur is found dead after being abducted from a rave.
