The Madame Blanc Mysteries
Acorn TV Season Premiere
The British crime drama created by and starring Sally Lindsay as the title character returns for Season 3. This season sees Jean White (Lindsay) solving new mysteries in the beautiful French village of Sainte Victoire, from a deep-sea diving mishap to a historical duel, alongside her friend — and flirting partner — Dom (Steve Edge). Two episodes drop today; new episodes are available Mondays.
NHL Hockey
ESPN, beginning at noon Live
Presidents Day NHL action has the Toronto Maple Leafs at the St. Louis Blues and the Detroit Red Wings at the Seattle Kraken.
America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League
NBC, 7 p.m. Season Finale
Host Terry Crews reveals the act America has chosen as the inaugural AGT: Fantasy League winner and which judge will earn bragging rights as their mentor in this two-hour finale that also features special guest performers Calum Scott, Robin S., Sheila E. and Steven Sanchez. Fan-favorite AGT acts returning to the stage include Drake Miligan, Chapel Hart, Loren Allred and Brian Justin Crum. Olympic gold medalist David Taylor also joins one of the finalists for an unforgettable performance.
Antiques Roadshow
PBS, 7 p.m.
During the first of its three hours spent at LSU Rural Life Museum in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Antiques Roadshow appraises finds such as an emerald, diamond and gold necklace (circa 1875) and New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival posters. Hours two and three of the Baton Rouge appraisals will air March 11 and 25.

In the new episode “Kill the Cat,” Tunde (Barry Shabaka Henley) gets into a car accident and is encouraged to get glasses.
NCIS CBS, 8 p.m.
In the new episode “The Stories We Leave Behind,” NCIS mourns the loss of Ducky (David McCallum, who passed away in September at age 90). The agents find comfort in working on one of his unfinished cases involving a woman whose father was dishonorably discharged from the Marines.
The Irrational NBC, 9 p.m. Season Finale
As this drama concludes its first season with “Reciprocity,” Alec (Jesse L. Martin) and Marisa (Maahra Hill) are close to finding the culprit of the church bombing. Meanwhile, Kylie (Travina Springer) gets an interview with the FBI but is pulled into the investigation, Rose (Karen David) tracks down a witness, and Phoebe (Molly Kunz) and Rizwan (Arash DeMaxi) make a discovery that sheds light on the truth. The Irrational has been renewed for Season 2.
Independent Lens PBS, 9 p.m.
Who decides which stories get told? A scrappy group of women and LGBTQ+ journalists buck the white male-dominated status quo, banding together to launch The 19th*, a digital news startup aiming to combat misinformation. A story of an America in flux, and the voices often left out of the narrative, the documentary “Breaking the News” shows that change doesn’t come easy.
