Whitworth wins at Tahlequah
Poteau’s Connor Whitworth displays his winning medal after hitting 75 at the Tahlequah Tournament on Tuesday. Also, Ethan McBee hit 98. Wyatt Reece hit 103. Luke Culwell hit 104. At the Stigler Tournament on Monday, Whitworth hit 72, a stroke behind the winner as Poteau won wtih a score of 342, a stroke better than Broken Bow. McBee was fourth at 75. Heavener’s Jeren Pickle was seventh at 77. Also for Poteau, Jordan and Tanner Hill both shot 93. Culwell hit 102. Reece and Ashton Faulkner both hit 103.
