Red Oak blanks Wister

Red Oak beat Wister 3-0 at home on Monday.

Denver Hamilton allowed a hit and struck out seven batters in five innings, and Chase Pair threw two hitless relief innings. Trever Lyons went 3-for-3. Brex Caldwell homered and walked.

Tucker Wooten had Wister’s hit. Will Bryan and Dartyn Meeks walked. Connar Hall threw 10 strikeouts in 5.2 innings.

Pocola downs Talihina

Pocola beat Talihina 10-2 at home on Monday.

Talihina took a 2-1 lead with a two-run top of the second innings, but Pocola (5-15) matched that in the bottom half of the inning to retake the lead.

Pocola’s A.J. LyonsJerre­ll was 4-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs. Trenton Underwood was 2-for-3 with three RBIs. Trintan Pitsco was 2-for-4 with a walk and an RBI.

For Talihina (5-13), Talon LeMay walked twice. Nolan Baughman and Kaden Chaquica had hits.

LeFlore beats Talihina

Chase Lloyd was 2-for3 with four RBIs and threw a four-inning three-hitter as LeFlore (14-10) beat Talihina 10-0 on Tuesday.

Lions hold off Mustangs

Howe (10-13) beat Arkoma 11-8 at home Monday.

The Lions led 11-4 by the fifth inning. The Mustangs scored two in each of the last two innings.

Howe’s Braden Blake had a hit, two walks and two RBIs. Garrett Smith was hit by pitch twice, walked and had an RBI. Ky Lynn walked twice and drove in two runs. He struck out six batters in three relief innings. Kobe Wooten had eight strikeouts in four innings as the starter.

Arkoma’s Jaxon Armstrong, Whitt Oosahwe, Klay Brinkley and Easton Smith each had two hits. Ooshawe also walked and had two RBIs.

Spiro falls to VC

Spiro lost 6-0 at home to Victory Christian on Monday, falling to third in 3A-7. Blake Dedmon went 2-for-3.

On Tuesday in Tulsa against Victory Christian, Spiro lost 13-3. Bryan Hammontree hit a two-run home run.

Wolves sweep Knights

Heavener won 5-3 and 8-4 at Henryetta on Tuesday, getting fourth in District 3A-7. Gunnar McAlester threw 10 strikeouts in 6.1 innings in Game 1.

Bryce Early was 3-for3 with an RBI in Game 2.

Bokoshe drops on road

Bokoshe had three hits in a 15-2 loss at Indianola on Monday. Nate Crow walked twice.

Softball RO romps Whitesboro

Red Oak beat Whitesboro 16-2 at home on Monday with a 14-run first inning.

For Red Oak, Maycee Butcher homered twice and had four RBIs. Ashton Grogan was 2-for-2 with a two-run home run a walk. Abbie Tovar was 2-for-2 with a three-run home run. Kaylee Cannon was 2-for3 with a home run and two RBIs.

Whitesboro’s Madi Edwards hit an RBI triple.

Pocola downs Warner

Pocola won 13-0 at Warner on Monday.

Bailey Lairamore and Maci Maxwell were both 3-for-3 with Lairamore driving in two runs and Maxwell producing one.

Lety Parga, Kylee Merritt and Kylee Smith also had two RBIs.

Panama beats Wister

Panama beat Wister 1411 at home on Tuesday. Kelcee Ward was 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs. Layla Sons was 2-for-3 with a home run and five RBIs. Wister’s Kourtney Donaho was 3-for-4 with a two-run home run.

Arkoma falls to WF

Arkoma lost 12-0 at home to Webbers Falls on Monday. Whitley Gray was 2-for-2. Emma Leonard had a hit and a walk.

McCurtain wins two

McCurtain won 14-2 at Haileyvill­e on Monday.

Brooklyn Vails was 2-for-3 with two RBIs. Bailey Bennett was 2-for3 with three RBIs.

McCurtain won 11-7 at LeFlore on Tuesday. Idaysia Mills was 3-for-4 with a triple and three RBIs. LeFlore’s Lori and River Cogburn and Alyssa Waits had two hits.

BV goes 2-2 at FT Fest

Buffalo Valley lost 8-7 to Kiowa and 13-5 against Battiest at the Fort Towson Festival on Monday. Courtney Grey was 3-for3 with a walk. Kaylyn Griggs was 2-fof-3 with a triple and five RBIs.

Against Battiest, Cady Myers was 2-for-3. Maggie Johnico walked and had two RBIs.

On Tuesday, Khloe Haile hit a winning home run a 17-16 win against Broken Bow. Myers had two home runs while Grey, Myers, Griggs, Hannah Dockery and Kelsey Caurthron also homered. Haile and Grey both homered twice in a 15-2 win against Hugo.

Heavener splits on road

Heavener won 12-0 against McAlester and lost 8-4 to Muskogee at Muskogee on Monday.

Against McAlester, Cayleigh McGee doubled twice and drove in a run.

Ava Cartwright was 2-for-3 with a double. Kinley Brand doubled had had three RBIs.

Against Muskogee, McGee was 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs.

Heavener (15-13) beat Hartshorne 8-7 at Pocola on Tuesday. McGee was 3-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs.
