Dunigans win LCBC tournament at Sardis Lake

In the left photo, Michael and Colt Dunigan show their winning catch at the LeFlore County Bass Club Tournament at Sardis Lake on Saturday. Joey Chitwood and Haskell Higgins were second with 22.72 pounds. Rick Wooten and Brian Smith (right photo) were third. Smith had the 8.04-pound big bass. The LCBC Junior Bassmasters Tournament slated for Saturday has been moved to May 7 due to the Matt Place Memorial Tournament, which is in Wister that day. Entry for the Matt Place Memorial Tournament is $65 per team and $35 for individuals. Check-in begins at safelight at 4 a.m. The weigh-in deadline is 3 p.m.
