County Commissioners to meet with insurance rep
The LeFlore County Commissioners are slated to meet with Globe Life Insurance Representative Veta Melvin to discuss supplemental insurance for county employees during their 9 a.m. Monday meeting at the LeFlore County Court House.
The board also is slated to approve resolutions disposing of equipment submitted by the LeFlore County Sheriff’s Department, approve a resolution to reinvest surplus of public health funds for May and to consider approving construction projects on Branson Road and Wild Horse Road regarding culvert replacements.
The County Commissioners also are expected to approve purchase orders, payroll, bonds, monthly fee reports, transfer of appropriations, blanket purchase orders, contract labor/service agreements and the two ongoing bridge construction projects — one a mile east of Shady Point over the Poteau River and the other on Brazil Creek Road south of Oklahoma State Highway 31 and west of Shady Point.
If there are any old or new business and/or pay estimates due Robinson Construction on its work on the final phase of the Conser Road Project, the board is expected to deal with these matters.
