The LeFlore County Commissioners approved a $38,550 change order regarding a surface mount guardrail post on the Conser Road Project during the board’s weekly meeting Monday morning at the LeFlore County Court House.
The board also approved a resolution disposing of miscellaneous equipment, each item valued at less than $500, as submitted by the LeFlore County Sheriff’s Department.
The County Commissioners approved both a resolution to reinvest surplus of public health funds for May and two construction projects — one on Branson Road and the other on Wild Horse Road — regarding culvert replacements.
Globe Life Insurance Representative Veta Melvin spoke to the board regarding supplemental insurance for LeFlore County employees.
The board approved purchase orders, payroll, bonds, monthly fee reports, transfer of appropriations, blanket purchase orders and the two ongoing bridge construction projects — one a mile east of Shady Point over the Poteau River and the other on Brazil Creek Road south of Oklahoma State Highway 31 and west of Shady Point.
