County Commissioners, Budget Board slate Monday morning meetings
Both the LeFlore County Commissioners and the LeFlore County Budget Board will have Monday morning meetings at the LeFlore County Court House.
In the 9 a.m. County Commissioners meeting, the board wi9ll look to approve a construction project for Merle Branch Road and to approve the fiscal year 2022-23 contract between LeFlore County and the Tulsa County Juvenile Detention Center Home.
The Commissioners are expected to approve purchase orders, payroll, bonds, monthly fee transfers, transfer of appropriations, blanket purchase orders, contract labor/service agreements and the two ongoing bridge construction projects — one a mile east of Shady Point over the Poteau River and the other on Brazil Creek Road south of Oklahoma State Highway 31 and west of Shady Point.
If there is any old or new business and/or pay estimates due Robinson Construction for work done on the final phase of the Conser Road Project, these matters will be addressed by the board.
In the 8:30 a.m. Budget Board meeting, the board will look to approve LeFlore County Court Clerk Melba Hall to install a new filing system on the first floor of the LeFlore County Court House Annex, with Hall’s revolving fund to pay for the installation.
The board also will look to approve Hall to obtain bids and proceed with the installation of new counters with face shields in her office as well as will look to approve appropriations and transfer(s) of funds.
