Howe ends season with state quarterfinal loss

Howe’s softball team lost 13-0 in the state quarterfinal against top-ranked Washington on Monday at USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium. Maddy Nobles, Karsyn Nye and Kenzie Davis each had a hit. Joanna Lloyd and Abby Huie walked. Howe loaded the bases in the top of the third inning, but was unable to score.
