Baseball Friday Wister 18, Cameron 1

The Wildcats scored five runs in the second inning, five in the third and eight in the fourth before the Yellowjack­ets scored in their last turn at bat in the bottom of the fourth.

Wister’s Riley Crane had a hit and four RBIs. Jayden Byars hit 3-for-3 with an RBI. Kord Fenton had a hit and two walks. Dartyn Meeks had a hit and two walks, driving in two runs. Ethan Thornburg threw four strikeouts and allowed one hit in the four-inning game.

Mason Francis Cameron’s lone hit.

Blair 4, Heavener 1^

Devry Ritter hit a triple. Jackson Clubb had a hit and was hit by a pitch. Kenny Putnam had a hit and a walk. Spencer Clubb allowed four hits and a walk in 4.2 innings.

Navajo 12, Heavener 2^

Ritter had a hit and an RBI.

Roland 11, Pocola 5

Pocola fell behind 9-0 before scoring three runs in the bottom of the second inning. Maddox Howard had a hit, a walk and an RBI. Kyran Atkins walked twice.

Saturday Wister 7, Red Oak 0

Wister (7-2, ranked third in Class 2A) broke away with three runs in the top of the seventh inning.

Landon Donaho pitched the full seven innings for the shutout, allowing four hits and a walk while throwing 14 strikeouts. He landed 71 of his 103 pitches (68.9 percent) as strikes. Tucker Wooten hit 2-for-3 with a walk and two RBIs. Donaho doubled and had two RBIs. Fenton hit 2-for-3 with a walk.

Panama 5, Ozark 3*

After trailing 3-0 through five innings, Panama (9-2, ranked ninth) scored a run in the sixth and four in the seventh.

Boomer McClain hit a run-scoring single to start the rally in the seventh. Brayden Wiles scored the go-ahead run on an error. Wiles pitched 2.1 scoreless innings, sending down the Hillbillie­s in order to earn the Razorbacks fifth in the tourney. Aryn Seamans hit 2-for-3 and threw three strikeouts in 3.2 innings.

Howe 13, Paris 8*

Howe (2-5) earned seventh in the tournament by grabbing an 11-0 lead by the top of the fourth inning, scoring six in the fourth.

Cole Wann walked three times. Myka Thornburg had a hit and two walks and was hit by a pitch. Ethan Dalton had a hit, a walk, three stolen bases and two RBIs and was hit by a pitch.

Wes Toney had a hit, two walks and an RBI. Garrett Smith threw seven strikeouts while allowing three hits and three walks in six innings.

Cameron 8, Haskell 0

Cameron scored two runs each in the fourth, fifth and sixth innings.

Gavin Morgan hit 2-for3 with an RBI. Jaxon Adcock and Gunnar Brady both hit 2-for-3. Karson Burks had a hit and two RBIs. Adcock threw nine strikeouts while allowing three hits and a walk in the six-inning game.

Granite 11, Heavener 5^

Brent Hash hit 3-for-3 with two RBIs and was hit by a pitch. Ritter had a hit and two RBIs. Willie Dehart walked three times. Bryce Early and Tucker LeMay both walked twice.
