2. Warren (20-6-1): The Bears are heading into the Division 2playoffs with a boost from strong play by freshman pitcher Angel Cervantes and senior pitcher Aidan Gonzalez, who also plays shortstop. Seniors Rocco Caballero, Hauze Fragoso, Angel Garcia, Matthew Miller and Tyler Cowins are also key players. Warren won back-to-back San Gabriel Valley League titles over Gahr.

3. Millikan (20-8): The Rams are heading into the Division 2playoffs after last year winning the CIF-SS Division 3title. Millikan seniors Myles Patton, Sam DeCarlo, Alex Womack and Gannon De La Cruz led the Rams to the Moore League title this season.

5. St. John Bosco (16-12): The Braves finished fifth in the Trinity League. Bosco had the makings of a championship-caliber team but they did not receive an at-large bid into the CIF-SS Division 3 playoffs.

6. Wilson (19-9): The Bruins are heading into the Division 4playoffs behind the strong play of senior pitcher Charlie Royle. Wilson will need timely hitting from senior infielder Ryan Burack against No. 10-ranked St. Anthony on Thursday.

7. Lakewood (17-11): The Lancers are heading into the Division 2playoffs behind the strong play of senior Anthony Eyanson, who was arguably the best pitcher in the Moore League this season.

9. Gahr (12-16): The Gladiators are heading into the Division 2playoffs behind the strong left arm of senior pitcher Cristien Banda. Gahr could be a tough out after beating No. 2-ranked Warren on April 21.
