At some point in time

I think it's inevitable that Donald Trump will be arrested at some point. It would be better for the GOP and the country if he were to be simply barred from ever running again for political office. Anything more severe would simply make him that much more of a martyr in the eyes of his fanatical supporters. That will never happen because the Democrats and the far left need Trump to get votes. Once he's gone, the Republican Party might begin to heal from the damage he's done to the party — a horrendous possibility from the leftist viewpoint. But while Trump's still around, he, like Joe Biden, is one of the best friends the woke establishment ever had. You can be sure Trump will be around for the longest possible time if the left has anything to say about it.

Trump should be arrested

Donald Trump should be arrested and go to jail for his actions as president. However, I doubt that will happen because his lawyers will find a way to free him.

Trump indictment

The left and the mainstream media have been trying to get rid of Trump from the time he ran for president up to the present day. They have used false accusations including sexual misconduct, the Russian hoax, probing into his income tax, etc. Now the Manhattan DA is going after him with an accusation that other judiciaries have ignored. This is just another politically motivated move meant to discredit him to mask the failures and possible crimes committed by Joe Biden, his administration and family. Elton Musk predicted that if Trump is arrested he will win the presidential election in 2024 by a landslide.

No arrest

Political considerations most certainly have played a major role in aiding Trump, so far, to avoid the same fate as Michael Cohen and Allen Weisselberg. Otherwise, he'd have already been indicted. I, for one, hope he will be held accountable and fully complacent for his despicable behavior.
