On a rimmed bak­ing sheet, toss 12 oz trimmed green beans with 1 Tbsp olive oil and ¼ tsp each salt and pep­per; broil un­til just ten­der, 7 min­utes. 84¢

Heat a large Dutch oven on medium. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil, 3 large cloves gar­lic (finely chopped), and a pinch of salt, then sauté 30 se­conds. 16¢

Add ¾ cup dry white wine and bring to a boil. Add 4 lbs mus­sels (scrubbed) and sim­mer, cov­ered, stir­ring twice, un­til shells open, 5 to 8 min­utes. Dis­card any un­opened shells. $9.71
