1 large egg white Heat oven to

350°F. On a rimmed bak­ing sheet, toss to­gether pepi­tas and hemp hearts; bake un­til golden brown, 7 min­utes. Cool 10 min­utes. Mix chia seeds, raisins, car­damom, and cooled hemp mix­ture. Add egg white; mix to coat. Scat­ter in clumps on a parch­ment­lined bak­ing sheet. Bake un­til slightly firm, 5 to 7 min­utes. Let cool.
