1 Tbsp white wine vine­gar 1 tsp fresh lemon juice 1 clove gar­lic, grated 1 tsp Di­jon mus­tard ½ tsp honey

Kosher salt 1 cup canola oil

In a tall mea­sur­ing cup, com­bine aquafaba, vine­gar, lemon juice, gar­lic, mus­tard, honey, and ¼ tsp salt. Us­ing an im­mer­sion blender, blend un­til smooth. With blender run­ning, slowly driz­zle in oil un­til thick and creamy.
