1 lb kiwis (about 5), peeled and cut into 1-in. pieces
¼ cup fresh tangerine juice (from about
¾ cup coconut water
1 Tbsp honey
1. In a blender on low speed, puree kiwis, tangerine juice, coconut water, honey, ¼ cup water, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
2. Transfer mixture to a metal loaf pan and freeze until set, at least 3 hours and up to 4 hours.
3. When ready to serve, using a fork, scrape surface of kiwi ice to create large flakes; transfer to glasses.
