1 lb ki­wis (about 5), peeled and cut into 1-in. pieces

¼ cup fresh tan­ger­ine juice (from about

3 tan­ger­ines)

¾ cup co­conut wa­ter

1 Tbsp honey

Kosher salt

1. In a blender on low speed, puree ki­wis, tan­ger­ine juice, co­conut wa­ter, honey, ¼ cup wa­ter, and a pinch of salt un­til smooth.

2. Trans­fer mix­ture to a metal loaf pan and freeze un­til set, at least 3 hours and up to 4 hours.

3. When ready to serve, us­ing a fork, scrape sur­face of kiwi ice to cre­ate large flakes; trans­fer to glasses.
