14 oz dark chocolate
(at least 70% cacao), chopped into small pieces
3/4 cup granola
(we love Early Bird) 3/4 cup dried
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1. Line large baking sheet with foil or parchment.
2. Place chocolate in large bowl and microwave in 20-sec. intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted (about 2 min. total). 3. Pour melted chocolate onto prepared baking sheet and smooth with offset spatula to approximately 1/8-in. thickness. Evenly sprinkle granola, cherries, and pecans over chocolate.
4. Let bark sit until set, about 3 hr. at room temp or about 30 min. in refrigerator. Peel off foil and break bark into pieces. Refrigerate in airtight container up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
