3 cloves garlic 1 lemon, halved 1/2 navel orange,
peeled
1/2 cup olive oil
In blender, puree garlic, lemon (rind and all), orange, and oil until smooth. Strain oil and discard pulp. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
