START TO FIN­ISH: 25 MIN 1 lb. ground chicken 1 tbsp. but­ter 2 tsp. ground cumin 2 tsp. gar­lic pow­der 1 tsp. ground co­rian­der 11∕2 cups tikka masala sauce from a jar 4 gar­lic naan breads 3∕4 cup sliced red onion 1∕2 cup crum­bled feta •

1∕4 cup torn fresh mint In skil­let, cook chicken, but­ter, and spices over medium- high, stir­ring of­ten, un­til meat is golden, about 7 min­utes; sea­son. On bak­ing sheet, spread sauce on naans. Top with chicken and onion. Bake at 375° un­til naans are toasted, 10 to 15 min­utes. Top with cheese and mint. Makes 4.
