1∕4 cup torn fresh mint In skillet, cook chicken, butter, and spices over medium- high, stirring often, until meat is golden, about 7 minutes; season. On baking sheet, spread sauce on naans. Top with chicken and onion. Bake at 375° until naans are toasted, 10 to 15 minutes. Top with cheese and mint. Makes 4.
